Ban Appeal

Hello, my characters name is Result playing on the PvP server.
I've been banned randomly and I would like to appeal to this ban. While playing my account was disconnected, and after a long deserved nap of questing I log in only for it to said my account was banned. I don't know what went wrong or if I was hacked, but my account is declared perm banned. I would like insight for this matter please.

I will patiently wait for an investigation, I love the server and want to continue to play. I understand the volume of appeals to be reviewed and countless responsibilities the Game Masters are currently busy with. As a fellow gamer I am eager to once again play on my account.
