Is it at all possible to move a character between realms?

Basically, I made a character on the PVE server and put a fair amount of time into it before realizing that my friend was playing on the PVP server.
Dumb, I know, but still.

Is it possible for a GM to move my character, Gorok, over to the PVP realm?

There are no transfers between the realms, or to Nostalrius itself.
