Banned - no further information on homepage

Hei,
upon login i receive the message that my account has been banned.
So I wonder what´s going on. I followed your guide and logged into the homepage to see if its truly a ban or technical issue, but the account on homepage just states: Enjoy your stay on Nostalrius!
Character name is: Lindaviel
I would appreciate if you´d look into this matter,

Try to reinstall the client while waiting for reply, might just be a bug, that you miss some files or something

Tried it - doesnt work, I guess its a ban and not a technical issue

if it was a ban, it would state the ban reason on the website, just enter your correct password or retrieve it

The account associated with that character has been permanently banned for botting. Ban confirmed; sanction will not be lifted.
