Ban Appeal

Two or three weeks ago, my account was hacked and banned, and a few golds were stolen.Then i changed my password. I swear i never shared my account with other guys.
Now my account was banned again. at last week when i was online, i just do some fishing and cooking, so i post a ban appeal.
PS: Maybe there're some bugs in our account system which can be used for hacking and stealing.
My Character name is Cristin.

I logged in our Main Website and it said that my account was been banned. I swear I never break the rules, my account was hacked half a month ago and 50 golds was lost. this time, I have only less than 10 golds in my pocket.

I didn't sell or buy golds, it is a misunderstanding. can you tell me whether i buy or sell golds.
i have only 5 golds in my character, please unbanned me. i spent half a year play with my charactor.
I just do some cooking or fishing in game. I swear i didnt break the rules.
Maybe someone hacked my account and stolen my golds. please could you invesgate it once more? you can find that hacker's ip address must be different from mine.

Account security is the responsibility of the player, as stated in the Terms of Use. Whether it was you or a third party which committed the offense does not matter. The sanction will remain.
