I was banned for what reason Character name Baull or spelled just says i was perm banned with out no reason or warning as to what I was doing i logged off after grinding and couldn't log back on this morning

Any update on it being investigated etc?

Umm I was not botting I was playing the whole time please provide more evidence to substantiate this ban please I would like to know how i was "botting", I used the vendor right before I logged out last night

They are not going to provide more information. Plus they already said the ban will not be lifted, so it doesn't matter anyway.

Stop cheating? I wasn't cheating I was playing thank you as I said I used the vendor before logging off from grinding and farming. With out adequate evidence to back up this accusation of me "botting" they have no grounds to ban me because they have not provided any proof. They have none as far as I'm concerned even with me asking to provide what grounds they have to ban they give some "you botted no further reason to investigate"

they will not disclose the exact evidence of your ban

note that even physical game automation like building a machine that presses keys on your keyboard is considered botting

This isn't a court of law, they arent requiered to provide specific evidence in order to issue bans. You agreed to that when you created an account. They have good reasons for not disclosing the details of these cases. If everyone knew what the protocols are for detecting botting programs, they would much more easily be able to circumvent them.
