Account Closed, Kratuzov

Good evening. I would like to ask why was my account closed this night. I was sitting at my computer and suddenly kicked out of game without any reason, and when trying to connect back game wrote me that my account have been closed. My other accounts working just fine. Hope this missunderstanding will be resolved. Thank you very much, Kratu.

The account associated with that character has been permanently banned for botting. This was confirmed, and as such the sanction will not be lifted.

Can I ask how was I botting? I never used any software nor anything that could have been taken as bot, never acted like anything like this and even was chatting whole day in my guild and with my friends. After all of this, I really dont understand how I might have been mistook for a bot.
