Issues with account recovery

Many months ago I uninstalled the game and moved on to other things, and I've recently decided to pick up where I left off again, but there's a problem.

I am having trouble remembering my login information for my account, this wouldn't be an issue normally but the password recovery system requires your account name in addition to your email, which I cannot seem to remember.

Ive seen a recent thread with a similar issue, and the poster was told to check is install folder for his account name and check his email. Since I uninstalled the game when I took a break, I do not have my account name stored in my game files, and the email I used to sign up has no emails from nostalrius whatsoever. A friend of mine who also plays checked his email just to see if you receive an email when you sign up and he cannot find any emails either

I've checked all of the emails I use and none of them have anything related to nostalrius in the inbox, am I just screwed?

Check to see if it got filed in a junk folder of one of your E-mail accounts; sometimes that can happen when signing up for any kind of service that sends a confirmation E-mail. If you use gmail or another webmail that saves all your mail, you could search the "All Mail" folder.

But if you can't find both the account name and the E-mail that you used, you are just out of luck and will have to start completely over. From other similar threads, I can tell you they won't be able to help you.

For security reasons, we never give out account information. If you are unable to find the username based on those two methods, then there is nothing more that can be done.
