Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello i would like to know why my account got perma banned? On the site it just says that im banned. No reason stated. 4-5 months ago my account got hacked because i have played wow from public hot spots.Since than i am trying to get my account back with password retrieve but with no success. Recently when you upgraded email password retrieve i got my account back instantly. I am the original owner with legit email address and legit personal info. There is no reason for you to ban me i have done nothing wrong. Is it possible for you to investigate and lift this ban? I can provide you with my info to show you that i am legit owner. Please let me play. Character name is Fristajla. lvl 60 human priest on nostalrius PVP server.

Yes it was compromised when it was hacked but now it is back to its rightful owner-me. There is no reason for you to ban this account. Or at least i dont see one. I am positive i havent broke any nostalrius rule. Please i can provide info to prove that the account is mine.
