First of all it is weird this server has no support email to talk to them.

I have a problem with my account. First, it sometimes says it's closed, sometimes it lets me log on. I had two accounts - ********************

Also, I don't know, I had 41 level rogue(Anausalb) and it's gone. Completely gone. Either I am entering a wrong account and I had some other one, or something is wrong here. It is probable I deleted it, but I don't remember.

In any case, I wish they had some kind of email to discuss issues with them. This forum is very uncomfortable actually. I first need to actually log onto my accounts and then discuss about my character Anausalb.

It is not banned. Sometimes I can access them(those two), sometimes I can't. Sometimes it writes that the account is closed and provides a weird link to wow-europe.com

And regarding the character, is it possible to undo the delete option on that character? I think it has been deleted.

Here - on ************ account, it writes "unable to connect" at first. On second try it writes that the account is no longer in use and should enter wow-europe.com to remove the ban.

Can't I really discuss anything other than "being banned for gold trading"?
