Got Account Issues ( Banned ? )

Hello Nostalrius Team!

My character is named Krolle (Rogue Level 60)

And today when i tried to log in it seems like i'm Perm banned sadly.

For the first reason i actually dont know why i'm banned because i read rules the first thing i did when i started to play on this server in first case.

After i made a return to this server a month ago, i been playing for 8 days game time and are online for atleast 12-16 hours a day, so this is very dispointing and very sad for me, atleast when i enjoyed to play on this server community.

If so if this is the final by closing my account. I would like to wish that if you could atleast remove the IP Ban, so i could start out fresh because this is the best community so far even tho im very dispointed losing my level 60 and would do anything to get him back.

After been a loyal member of the community and playing around 200 hours this months and it seems its not just me who got banned today, and its prob for a reason with i will see in a very soon future when you read all of this, But what i can confirm even if i get this account back or not i would atleast thank for a awesome journey against the horde and the darkest creatures in azeroth.

Thank-you for the clarification. Please accept my sincerest apologies for my actions and rest assured the thought of having lost the character I've put so many hours into is quite upsetting.

I've thoroughly enjoyed playing on the server, and realise my actions are frowned upon, but hope that you might reconsider your punishment of an account ban as I would be devastated to loose Krolle and the in-game friends I have made.

Thank-you in advance for reconsidering and once again please accept my apologies for my actions, certainly a lesson learnt.

At one point, we did offer leniency for players who admitted and gave the gold back. However, due to the amount of players doing this, the option was removed. All forbidden gold transaction bans are permanent, and will never be lessened.

Couldnt we resolve this problem with i get my character back, With nothing on it, with means you sell all my gear and everything on it take all gold from all my characters.

With means i will be losing 1000g overall?

Or atleast remove Krolle and then remove the IP ban, its like very hard for me to understand my journey is over on this server i wish to continue for anything.

there's no IP ban, just create a new account

The sanction will remain in place. You are free to create a new account provided that you follow our Terms of Use going forwards, as we do not IP ban. Lastly, we do not free up character names.
