I was just teleported to GM Island today and told to say where I bought gold. I said I didn't buy gold and then my account was banned. I have been rigorously farming Tyr's Hand the past 1-2 weeks and made over 1k gold. Is there a limit to how much I should be farming for raid consumables and such to not be flagged incorrectly?

I also mail money to my guild each week to help support our raid consumables. Should I do the transaction in person instead?

The account associated with this character was permanently banned for conducing a forbidden gold transaction. This offense/transaction was confirmed by staff, and as such the sanction will not be lifted.

Is there any other Appeal Process? I did not buy gold and I do not understand this harsh punishment for no reason. I ask for you to consider looking into the case once more to confirm that I did not buy gold or do an illegal gold transaction, there must be a mistake.
