The respective user made a legitimate report against you for a violation which we confirmed to be accurate. Whether or not the user had the intention to have your account closed for said violation is not something that we take into consideration as the sanction is in accordance to our Terms of Use.
Case resolutions are in accordance to consistent and principled policies which are considered final when issued.
