Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

There is a problem with my account - *********, please look into it.

At first, when I try to log in, it writes "unable to connect". On my second try it tells me it is unable to access it and go to wow-europe.com to remove the ban. I don't know from where does this wow-europe comes, I have correct realmlist set.

For security reasons you should not post your accout name, but a character name.

I guess the character name on that account is rogue in his 40s(level), called Anausalb. I don't remember if I deleted or not, but that's the character. The account is mine for sure, but as this character is not on my second account, it is on this one then.

Why am I not receiving help? What the hell?

It seems Gm is deliberately avoiding me for some reason but I have never taken part in gold trade.
