Hello,

I was playing today and got banned. Player name Ivanas. This first time in ten years that I get banned and I have never used any cheats or hacks in MMO. Only and in my case viable reason I found in rules would be for AFK'ing, but I'm sure you are not giving permament ban for that. If it is the case I am trully sorry for my behaviour, I was in really empty AV while at work (5-12 people) with no futher progress possible, so I come back and forth every few minutes. I wouldn't do this in full BG and if this was the case, I would just leave BG next time.

Bump. Hope my case is under investigation as I haven't heard for 4 days, compared to other cases response time.

The account associated with that character was permanently banned for botting. Ban was confirmed, and therefore will not be lifted.
