Banned me & friend - 2nd try

Seems it diddnt create my topic, so i try again. Sorry if double post...

Hi, we shortly got perma banned. Me, my sister and another friend of mine got banned permanently just a few minutes ago. But why? We all just sitting in my livingroom and were questing and farming around. Me and my sister were playing for a while... and my friend step by and startet playing as well. All got banned at the same time, a short time after the 3rd one startet playing. Because we all played from one IP?
Char names are: Apollux, Aylinda, Astrapirus
