Reason of ban.

My bank character got banned and there is no reason stated when I log in to the webpage. Characters name is Mogge, please inform me regarding the cause of the ban.

When I try to log in it says that the account has been closed and on the webpage it says that the account is permanently banned. Is this some kind of bug then?
