Perm Ban

For some reason my account has been perm banned, i was playing AV when my screen froze, i wandered off and went to bed. when i came back this morning my screen was still frozen and i restarted my pc, when i was going to log in it said my account was banned. The character i was playing at the last moment was Scurenzio a lvl 60 human rogue.
could you tell me why it has been banned?
