Banned for No reason

My account was banned a while ago for no reason, thought i would try and get it back because i want to play again.

Character Name i believe was Goofygoose, was a while ago if that character name isnt correct i have some other names that might have been it.

This ban was issued quite some time ago. However, that does not change the fact that it was confirmed by staff when it occurred. The ban will not be lifted.

I wasnt even informed as to why it was banned, it just said banned. Also is there no ban tier system? How can i just be first time permanently banned? Is there any way this ban can be lifted? I would really love to play on this server again.

The ban was issued for using a bot to prevent AFK. We have a zero tolerance policy towards these types of offenses, thus your account was permanently banned on the first offense (as stated in the Terms of Use).

I have never used a bot/program to afk at all. What i used was a quarter stuck in my space bar to jump, didnt know that was against the TOS. I won't do it again but i assure you i wasnt using any sort of bot.

Is there anyway i can get my account unbanned?
