Greetings Nostalrius administration! Last night at roughly 12:30 A.M Pacific Time I was Questing in Hinterlands, I was teleported to GM Island inside of your beautiful prison room! I asked "what is going on?" I was informed by a GM that I was being banned for botting! I am here to defend myself. I have trivia bot in my addons which I use to entertain my guild members, around that time I had it running whilst grinding. Previous to this I had posted a thread asking if such behavior is bannable if using it, I recieved no reply from you. I assumed you meant by that it is completely fine. Well after launching it I was teleported to GM island and quickly disposed of without a conversation! Well I understand you feel justified in this but this isn't draconic ancient Greece anymore my friends! When people spend countless hours getting level 43, just to be banned on account that they used a trivia bot (when they already asked if it was acceptable, receiving no reply) is downright unprofessional. I spent 8 days /played on that character. I would appreciate a response that takes more than 30 seconds of your day to write. Thankyou.

The ban placed on your account was for botting, as you are aware. However, it was not for using a trivia bot. This ban was confirmed by staff, and as such the ban will not be lifted. As a word of advice, it would do you well to actually follow our rules going forwards.
