Greetings... i have problem... since i have brother and we have 2 computers he loged my mage 2 days ago and his ''alt'' to help few quests he didnt alt+tab or use any kind of multi box...he just loged on both computers to help some quest so he can continue with lvling his alt.. later that night i wanted to log my mage and i couldnt.. it says account closed.. so i would like to solve this probblem if posible becouse we didnt use any kind of multibox....thanks for your time..

Dude, that sounds exactly as he DID use multiboxing.

And even he didn't do so, you shared your account with him, which is indeed also bannable.

so you say sharing account with your brother wich live in she same house..sharing same room with you is something what is banable ?

You could start by writing the name of your character - GM's will need that to get any further
