Can i please get in contact by some GM/Support issue - due to lost gold.

Please be more specific with your issue so that we may assist. Simply stating "I need to get in contact for some issue" does not help us help you. Also, please be aware that in most cases, we do not give out gold refunds.

Some player called "unknown - on alliance side" send out this mail with a C.O.D to players - acting like its a refound from server administration.
I was not focusing(due to phonecall) so much that it was a c.o.d and by mistake accpted the mail.
I guess it nothing to do really, but atleast you can look into the problem, i guess no one what to have players like this on the server?
i open then mail c.o.d today at 13:59-14:00 i lakeshire mailbox.. (have print screen if wanted)

This was a COD scam. The player in question deleted the character, that is why it showed up as unknown. Please note that we do not restore or refund gold lost to scams. Official server staff mailmail, which is normally only given out in response to tickets, contains the Blizzard logo.
