[Appeal | Denied] Last Warning

Hi

I'm new to the server (just started a few weeks ago) and i'm loving it. I was just waiting for my friend to login and decided to run around new territories. Out of nowhere I suddenly get a "last warning" for exploiting some bug. I'm not sure what exactly happened and I don't know of any kind of bug, so if I did something it certainly wasn't on purpose. I'm kind of scared now as i'm afraid i'll trigger another bug by accident eventually and get my account banned after having spent hours and hours on it. I just want to know what can be done about this and If i can get my warning removed. I love playing the game and just want to have fun, not trying to exploit bugs.

IV. Last warning
A last warning is given before a permanent ban. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Casinos;
Multiboxing;
Abuse of in-game bugs;
Any attempt to bribe a staff member;
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor.

My character name is Kathár. Yeah I read that and i understand, I just didn't try to exploit anything. I'm not sure what bug i exploited by accident.

This is one of my biggest concerns about the server. To the programmers some bugs and exploits are very obvious, and because the server is so buggy you have a chance of getting banned for just being ignorant as to what constitutes a bug. This is especially hazardous for the non-hardcore or non-computer savvy player, because we tend to notice these things even less lol.

The game crashing bug was a real eye opener for me. So many people did not put together that their actions were causing the crash and they got banned.

Hope you find out which game bug caused your warning ... I'm definitely curious.

The account warning associated with the character 'Kathár' will not be removed.

The account associated with the Alliance character 'Kathár' was caught repeatedly, excessively and intentionally abusing a bug that on each successful attempt caused a elite Horde faction guard (Boss) to spawn which proceeded to team kill other Horde NPC's and Horde players. This was done over a extended period of time to the point where the Game Master team were forced to intervene and delete the respective NPC's. The consequences of said actions resulted in the corresponding sanction being placed on the account.

Case resolutions are in accordance to consistent and principled policies which are considered final when issued. Processing cases that has already been concluded keeps the Nostalrius staff from processing other users' urgent support requests. If a user repeatedly creates multiple tickets and/or threads regarding the same closed issue, or otherwise misuse the respective system, they will be asked to stop, and if ignored, they will receive a sanction on all their account(s).
