Hi,
As stated in the subject, it says "This account has been closed".
This happened today while my Gf was playing. No messages or errors. she said everything went fine but it lost connection and didnt remember my password "first day of gaming". so she tried a couple of passwords and it didnt work.
Now when I'm home again it says account closed.
Is there a to many attempts or what?

Greetings,
The account associated with that character is not banned. If she entered the incorrect password too many times, then our system automatically locks the account. This lockout period increases with further failures. YOu may reset your password to regain access by going to: https://en.nostalrius.org/password.

Hi, ok . Im sorry i forgott to tell you. I've already ressetted the password and its still locked thou :/

As you did not specify server, I gave you the wrong account status. The account *correctly* associated with the character Daia was permanently banned for botting. Offense was confirmed and ban will not be lifted.

Botting? LoL,
Yeah my GF the uber hacker.. But seriously, id like too see that "Proof" if possible.. this is rediciolus.
Finally find a good server thats blizzlike with low botters and low goldfarming and I get banned..
check my IP and In game addons, i use nothing against the rules. Questie CT Mod and one that is broken, XPtoLvl or something like that, neither should be considered as a "bot" IMO.
Can I get some kind of explaination please?
