Account suspended?

I recently came back after a couple months hiatus to find I couldn't log in to my account. I made another account and could log in to the game server just fine. My main characters name was Magris on the pvp server. I tried searching for him on the realmplayers list and found nothing. Would love to get my account back, lot of hours sunk into it.

I can log into the website just fine, so I know its not a password/account name problem. Whenever I attempt to log into the game it just tells me unable to connect, despite a new account I made working just fine.
