Hello GM did not really know what happened , I was usually playing with my char and went to the bathroom , this time , I let my 12 year old son was playing because im grinding reputation.

My son said he stopped someone on his side , and said something to him right after the game crashed .

I had gone to shower and when I left he told me what happened , when I log saw it was banned.

I ask understanding of GM since my son is only 12 years old and can not read English.

I wonder ban the reason, because this was my first character in the server , and dedicated many hours to it , so much so I could buy mount at level 50 .
