Hello, i was hacked sometime ago but never told my account information to anyone ..i managed to find my account email and reset password but account is permanently banned, can gms pls help me.

Greetings,
that account was banned for forbidden gold transaction. Whether it was you or someone else who actually did the deed is immaterial - account security is the sole responsibility of the player. Unfortunately for you, that means that the account will remain banned.

Isnt it possible somehow to check that i didnt rly play at that time and i was hacked :/

Account security is your responsibility, so a hacked account won't be recovered.
The only thing you can do is create a new account, and use an account name which is different from your forum name and ingame name - and of cause keep account information for yourself.
