Hello I am unhappy with my ban ! board administrator accused me of bot without any proof !, my account has been banned unjustly , and have not used it and did not know how to use , simply bans and I have no right of defense ?

And the time spent ? how can I have used bot bought mount at level 50 ?
How can I have used bot bot did quest until level 50 ?
what evidence has to banish !, have to prove !! where is the proof ?

This is lack of respect for the player.

For security reasons, we do not disclose our detection methods. However, you can be assured that you offense was confirmed by a staff member before the ban was issued. This is the case, and you were found to be botting. The ban will not be lifted.
