Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So my issues started two weeks ago, with sudden ban, account name "Fideus".

I requested revision, got response(forbidden gold transaction), but then tried to defend myself, because i never did something like that - i purchased 30 Black Lotuses. Bottom line, no response from GMs, topic removed.

I tried contacting GMs via PM, also no response.

Made another topic, swift removal.

That brings me here with intent to lift this ban, once and for all.

So the only purchase in trade I had in week of my ban was that fatal 30 Black Lotus purchase form this guy. As you see by the day he was last scanned, probably also got swift permaban.

Yea, and they ware paid 1.6k gold. That is legit, all my money and stock is legit(which in size probably counts as guild bank, hope that's not banable) - after my 1000th enchant and 100th Hide of The Wild sold/crafted, i stopped track of my gold income.

I am still wondering how can transaction like that constitute a ban, with premise that ban is because of it, and it is(because, as i stated no other purchase i made in trade that week)?!

Only two possible explanations came to my mind:

a) - those lotuses ware exploited
b) - ban based on transaction scan, without taking in account items traded

In case of a) :

How was i supposed to know that - because he is Russian? That is completely unjust by any standard. Objective liability with sanction like this, without chance to defend is too much even for Spanish inquisition, not to mention WoW. There are certain things called "bona fides emptoris" which is presumed in trade. If this is standard when banning people here it should be stopped and precedence to the future cases must happen. As emperor Trajan said "better to have guilty criminal unpunished than one innocent man punished".

In case of b) :

Please GMs, i beg you look into it. I made legit purchase of Black Lotuses for 1.6k, i crafted hundreds of flasks so far, my gold making was on industrial scale, i would never ever ever do something like "forbidden gold transaction". I just enjoyed economy game a lot, A LOT.

Based on that i would request revision of my case because i have never ever sold or bought gold for money or other game services that should be sanctioned with ban according to T.O.S. And i stand firmly behind my claim.

My first post was heard in community i hope this one will too. I have been playing here since day one, i have been active in Ironforge economy, raided actively in two guilds - and i would do nothing to destroy my playtime here, everything I enjoyed so much.

Please, almighty and reasonable GMs, i humbly ask for my revision, in which my innocence will be proven and this misunderstanding ended.
