Hello, I am writing this on behalf of the person playing the character Stormangel.

He was recently permanently banned for no apparent reason. The website confirms the ban but doesn't give any explanation about the ban cause.

The account associated with Stormangel was permanently banned for use of an anti-AFK bot to leech honor within a battleground. The offense was confirmed and the ban will not be lifted. Feel free to make a new account and follow our rules going forwards.
