Permanently banned, what did I do?

I was playing Alterac Valley with my character named Druggie, and suddenly i DC'ed. Then it says you have banned me permanently? I would like to know what I did wrong. loved that character, played every single day..

Also if someone was hacking it and I can't get it back what so ever - Is it possible that i can make a new character on a new account with the banned characters name? Like you delete it for good or something so i grab my name on the new character.

You were banned for botting. You used an anti-AFK bot to not go AFK in a battleground. This offense was verified by multiple staff members, and as such the ban will not be lifted.

But I really wanna know if I can keep the character name. Could you delete the banned character or account so I could get the same name on another character on a new account?

I would be veeery happy and encouraged to keep on playing if I could get my good old character name.

GM's does not free up names. You screwed up by cheating, and now you face the consequences.
