Account banned plesae help!

Hello my account just got banned when I was on my level 8 character Kyger on Nostalrius begins pvp, I actually don't know why I got banned I was just running in Thunder Bluff and wrote in trade then got disconnected. Is there any chance that you guys are able to make the account unbanned?
