Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I'd like to ask for the reason why the following character is banned when you have time.

Character: aolio
Alliance
60 night elf warrior

Total amount of gold this character have, 18G.

I did talk to him further about the situation, and he mentioned that he put up a few crap items for 1250 gold on the auction house.

I think that was what triggered the ban. We did a UBRS run, and Flask of the Titans recipe dropped. I (Overwhelm) initially rolled a 90 and won the roll on it, but he mis-rolled, and when he roll again with a 97, I traded him the recipe (inside UBRS instance itself).

He has never used the auction house before, so he tested the AH feature by putting up some greys for 1250, and then he put up the Flask of the Titans recipe for 1250 gold as well.

He was not doing illegal transactions, because if he did, someone would have bought his crap 1250 gold items. But the auction should still be there (which was his test auction)
The crap item was never bought up by anyone else. Can you please investigate his case with my additional information? TYVM GM NAthrizyr.

I'm writing in again for an appeal on the ban, as the character Aiolia plays from china, and he's using 2 seperate account of VPN softwares to log on to Nostalrius.

He uses www.27net.net as well as www.lonlife.cn to log onto nostalrius. On top of his 4 computers(office, laptop, home computer, wife computer), he also uses cybercafes to raid with us when he's outstationed working so a lot of different mac addresses would be registered on your end.

Only he and his wife have access to his account. His gear is pretty shitty, nothing exceptional, so he's a casual player, and was surprised at the ban.

Would you be willing to re-investigate his ban case?

Sharing an account with a spouse is still sharing an account. Even if sharing with your spouse was ok and he was hacked, account security is the responsibility of the account holder.

That's what he told me. he told me he and his wife knows the password to his accounts because she's his bookkeeper of everything. However she doesn't play video games.
