banned no matter the account name.

Hi

i'm still fresh on the server and i have a problem since few hours.

I got the message 'that account has been banned...." when i try to connect to the server.
But i still got this message no matter the name and the password of the account.
i've even tried random names but the message is still the same.
i only have 2 characters, kiminou (lvl 3 xD) and sylvandhyl (lvl 28).
Is it a bug ? a hack ? a ban ? i'm kind of lost ^_^

The account associated with those characters on the PVP server has never been banned. Most likely you have input the wrong password too many times (it sounds like that from your description).

Perhaps try changing your password by going to the https://en.nostalrius.org page, click on "Login" at the top, and then click the "Forgot your password?" link.
