Banned, not letting me log in

I just created an account, and it is telling me my account has been banned and not letting me log in, so I created several other accounts and it is still telling me they are banned, any solutions?

The account associated with these characters has never been banned. Most likely you have entered an incorrect password too many times.

Please make sure you are entering the account name and password for your character account, not your forum account when you launch WoW. They are distinct - you should have both of them.
