The account associated with character "Itemhoarder" has never been banned. Please try changing your password using the https://en.nostalrius.org page (go to Login at the top, the click on "Forgot your password?") and see if that can help you recover your account.

Hello, thanks for replying.

I tried logging in to the account again, it still gives me a message that the ******* account is closed and is no longer available for use.

Is there anything else I can do?

Your account has been unbanned. Apologies for the mistake.

It's a good idea to reduce the use of trade channels on low level characters, as there are automatic spam reduction measures in place.
