Account Hacked and Stolen

My account was hacked and password changed so I could no longer log into my account that I originally created. I can verify the e-mail, password, username, and location of where the account was created to prove that I created the account. I hope we can find a solution so I can continue to play on this wonderful server.

You can change the password back using the main page at https://en.nostalrius.org, click on "Login", then click on "Forgot your password?" It will send a password reset mail to the E-mail address that you used to create the account.
It would also be a good idea to clear your computer of any malware, change your E-mail password, and strengthen your security practices to keep it from happening again. Account security is always the responsibility of the player.

I tried that but Yahoo (which was where the original e-mail was used for register) decided to close the account for no reason without telling me. So they won't allow to me access that e-mail address. Is there anyway you could change the account e-mail to the one I am currently using so I can change my password? I'll try to do talk to Yahoo but their support system is not the greatest.

For security reasons, we do not change the E-mail address associated with accounts. You will need to take the issue up with Yahoo.

I just did but they refuse to give me my information to log into the account. Through pm's I can provide info that can assure you that I am the owner of the account. I will still try to further contact Yahoo to recover my account.

So Yahoo informed me that my e-mail account info was changed and if I couldn't tell them my security questions (which that hacker had changed) then I wouldn't be able to access my account. Since I cannot recover my e-mail it would mean the world to me if I could play my hunter again. I put so much time into him and even streamed your content for others to see, I'd love to enjoy those moments again!
