Can't login - account banned

Hello. I can't login onto my account "napatyq". Could you please give me a reason why is it banned. I used neutral ah to trade between factions. Not rly sure if that was illegal or not. Could you please clarify?

Does that qualify for permanent ban without any warning?:( again i was only trading stuff through neutral ah.

Yeah, gold buying/selling is always permanent. No warning necessary.
