I would like to ask why my account has been banned or what could I have done during the 2 hours of playtime on my level 7.

I would like to say, that there have been a little problem about chat with my characted. If I sent a text to say/general or whatever, it was okay but I couldnt be reacting for another five minutes for no reason. My only idea how this occured is that maybe you have some spam-detect and it could be broken. Because I am hell of sure that I wasnt spamming and didnt do anything against the rules of the server.

You probably got caught by the anti-spam system, which is very sensitive at low levels.

You already posted your character name, so now just be patient and wait for the GM's ... and avoid using chat channels while low level if you can. It's a pain, but necessary.
