Temp Banned, Requesting info

Hello, I am writing this on behalf of the player " Beamon "
He was temporary banned yesterday. He says he did not recieve any GM whisper giving reasons for the ban. The account section of the website also doesn't say anything. Could you please tell us what is happening?
