So I'm in Undercity and tried to communicate on /trade chat, then it seemed to lag cause nothing happened and then I was banned. What's going on? Am I not allowed to write in trade chat? Let me know if there's anything else you need. I was on the server called nostalrius, it's a pvp server.

Oh, meant to do subject "Account banned" and my character's name is "Silitha"

Login successful! But stuck on "Retrieving character list" I'll reply again as soon as I see the character list. Thank you for fixing the account on such short notice.
