Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

the Account of my Level 60 Human Paladin "Optilasgar" (the Account i am writing this post on) was permanently banned while i was logged in, participating in an Alterac Valley battleground.

I have never received any kind of account warning before, am practically living ingame (75+ days played) and am actively streaming on twitch.tv/optilagar (gained over 600 followers on twitch from playing on Nostalrius alone) and got at least 1/3 of our german only guild to play on the server at all via the stream.

Swift Review / Help would be much apreciated, as Nostalrius is practically 100% of my free time.

I have never, and would never bot. This account has been pretty much my entire life for the past 9 months and i would never do anything to jeopardize it, least of all botting.

In my spare time i have pretty much nothing better to do than actively playing on the account, which i was doing at the time of the ban - myself - without any form of automation.

I was not contacted by any Server Staff but simply disconnected from the BG and when i tried to log back in i was banned.

I would like to humbly request server staff to re-examine whatever evidence you think may have pointed to the assumption i was botting, because i can only repeat to asure you, that i was not.

Check the Retribution Gear my Paladin posesses (should be among the top of the entire server) aswell as the inventory/bags of of my bank alt "Buffstuff" which has most of the materials to Craft Sulfuron Hammer for the Sulfuras i am in the Process of Making (Eye dropped some weeks ago).

Why would i risk any of that with botting? - Answer is: i wouldn't & i havn't.

Shirley, i don't see how defending positions in Arathi has anything to do with being banned in Alterac Valley. Also if you aledge i AFK, shouldn't i be banned for AFKing instead of botting?

I was fishing in a turtle AV to get fishing up for ZG on sunday, like 2-3 other players were aswell. We chatted about that, we killed horde who bothered us, we left those alone who didn't, i even rezzed a hunter who died there and was AFK to take the rez for a while and whispered him to take the rez.

This has nothing to do with botting, and i simply don't understand why i get permabanned out of the blue with never in 9 months getting a single warning saying i am doing anything wrong, or a GM even ever whispering me once unless i myself have opened a ticket and the GM is merely responding to it.

Not a single word, not a single warning, not a tempban, just permaban as the very first interaction?

I don't want to be rude, is there any proof of the fact that optilasgar is/was botting? Is this just some random judgement like " i don't like paladins at all, look he is using a fishing pole lets ban him" ? I have heard many storys about "botting" on this server, you can also see videos about interrogation on players. Why isn't it happend here? Again i do not want to be disrespectful, i'm just puzzled. Any anwser would be nice..
