Please re-read what the GM posted. His response tells you all you need to know. Under review means that they are currently looking and checking on your account to verify if you actually did break any rules. If not, they will unban your character. If they find you were banned correctly, they will say why. They review every case, and will respond when they come to a conclusion. Please be patient and wait until they have an answer for you.
