My character's name is Niser and I don't know why I was banned.

I took a very long break from the game and tried booting it up today to find my account locked. Could you please let me know why my account was permanently banned?

Thank you for the reply GM, if it isn't too much of a problem can you delete my usernames too then as I'm worried my account was compromised and they have access to my emails.
