Account banned

Hi GM,

My toon mane is CowBorg, took a 3 month break when I cameback I was perma banned, I can still log on to the website, so I know nobody stole my account can you verify why I was banned?

I'm think I"m a bit lost on what to do:

Facts:
- I'm unable to log on to the game, but I can log on with my user id (Tetelinha ) on the website, when I go to my account link I see:

Hello Tetelinha!
Your account has been banned permanently.
You can ask for a review of your case in the Account issues sub-forum specifying a character name or create a new account to play by our rules.

After I got your reply I went back to support and was hoping to find a link on how to reset a password or something like that, but did not find any clues, I did read both posts:
-Banned? Read this before posting.
-Give the GM's time to investigate

if there is such a link that will help me to log on to the game could you just post on your reply? sorry I'm bit slow.
Website user is Tetelinha and the game toon is CowBorg.

I shall clear this up:
Your account was hacked back in May, most likely. The character named Cowborg was deleted, and now resides on a different account (since said name was freed up at that time). The only character that now resides on said account is Manowlbear. The account you gave is indeed permanently banned, as it was gold advertising/selling. We do not lift bans associated with hacked accounts, as account security is the responsibility of the player.

I understand, but is there any chance of revive CowBorg( with a differnet name) on a new account that I'll be setting up? I worked so hard on it...

I have yet to see a character restored on nostalrius. They do not do character restores, even if you would have deleted it yourself. Sorry, but that's just how it is.
