Hello, i recently logged onto my account after a few months of a break, and now it says the account is locked?

Tell me how this is possible if i haven't played for probably 3-4 months, the char name is Acid 60 Undead mage. On Nost PvP servers.

Please fix this? I moved from another country to sweden a few months back can that be it? thanks - Acid

im must have been hacked then. can we fix this somehow?

They do not restore hacked accounts. Account security is the responsibility of the players, not the staff.

lol...so all the time i spent on that account lost since someone got my password and now it's all gone. Great..

Yeah, that sucks. It seems these GMs are on a bit of a power trip and are very trigger happy when it comes to bans. Obviously it's a private server and they can do as they wish, but not providing support or evidence to justify something as harsh as a permanent ban is a bit extreme. It's almost like you guys have no regard for the hours and hours and hours we spent developing our characters. This is not "Blizzlike" and leaves a very disturbing taste.

Or, if you're going to spend that much time on a game, make sure your account info is secure. I see way too many people posting here that have the same account name as their forum name, or their main character name. I have been playing mmo's for almost 20 years, and I have yet to have any of my accounts comprimised. It isnt rocket science.
