Banned Help I'm in bits.

Hello guys I was just about to raid ZG with my guild friends when all of a sudden I got a disconnection, strangely enough this occurred just as I uninstalled HotSpot shield so I think it may have something to do with that?... I've never baught gold or camped low lvl players! I've worked so hard on my Rogue and my guild is worried too, I really hope it's something to do with me uninstalling VPN software as I don't know what else it could be! Please get back to me as soon as possible guys! My character name is Alastrae I can provide password character information anything just please get back to me and tell me it's not a ban for real!

You already made one topic with a help request, stick to that one please.
And for your own sake: don't write the account name - it's half the information needed to hack your account.
Write a character name instead.
