I think I got banned on accident

So my IGN is Draconas, I am on the pvp server and I was in Thunder Bluff trying to talk in trade chat to ask where the Blimp picks you up so I could travel to Org then to UC and I got banned. Now I noticed before this happened that I couldn't talk in trade or in says I thought something was bugged and I am wondering if My internet bugged out and then spammed all my chat at once causing a ban. I am not sure but I was just wondering if I could get some help on the issue. Thanks.

Since you seem to be a new player you probably got auto banned by their spam filter, you should get unbanned soon enough.

Please avoid using the public chat channel until you are level 15, since this seems to trigger the spam filter. Uncortunately this is needed to combat the gold sellers.

Looks like you were banned by the chat spam system again. This case is under review.

You should try to limit the amount of use of chat channels, whispers, /say & /yell that you use on low level characters to avoid the inconvenience.

Sorry to bump this but I might aswell ask here: what minimum level is recommended before being able to safely and fully use Trade chat? I'd like to advertise stuff I sell/craft when using my bank alt. I'm in the process of getting it to 10 to be able to use the channels but now I'm worried that might not be sufficient!
