I know why I was banned

After appealing my case and I still maintain my innocence, I figured out how I was wrongly banned.
Character name: Kásual
Multiple players who were paying my guild gold for a spot in our pre-made battleground teams were using a gold seller to pay us. Without my knowledge, I accepted gold that was used in a transaction for real money. I found this out when I started asking around and going through my channels to see if the players we were selling spots for in game gold (absolutely no different than PvE guilds sell T2 helms from Onyxia) were banned also.
So after my investigation, I figured out that I unknowingly took bought gold for an in-game service I was providing to other players. This was completely without my knowledge. I never ever bought gold with real currency in this game like Viper has accused me of doing and it doing so is slanderous to my character and guild.
I feel I ran a legit operation. When payment was due, the customer logged on a character and traded me gold for the in game service myself and guild provided. Should I have to ask every single person, "Hey this isn't bought gold is it?" Do PvE guilds ask every single person where their gold has come from?
Myself and guild mates carved out a niche service and made some gold for doing it, never once breaking the terms of use Nostalrius has posted on their forums and was banned for it. We were paid with dirty gold, simple as that. Would you ban someone for opening the UBRS door with dirty gold? I doubt it. Would you ban the GM of <NOPE> if he accepted payment for selling a Bonereaver with bought gold? Nope.
A mistake has been made on my part and an injustice by the Nostalrius staff. Keep me banned and let this injustice ride out if you wish, but at least admit that you have zero proof I paid real currency for gold, because I never did.
As a final request before I leave this private (stolen) server, please relinquish Kásual the Flagship (guild master) rank and give it to BaptistJohn so the guild can operate normally.
To the rest of the players, be careful who you accept gold from when providing and in-game service for in-game gold, and remember the risks of playing on a server operated by unsavory people who stole intellectual property from another company.
