Bank Char banned

Dear GM friends,
i hope for fast solution. Today my bank account was banned.
I have on this account 3 x char - level 1 chars with my stuffs.
Char names: Nakupci, Napupci, Blesbanks (i hope
)
I am not gold seller or spammer.
Please contact me.

Greetings,
We have unbanned your account (again). It's being banned by the chat spam tools we have in place. We recommend limiting use of chat channels and whispers on low level characters. If you want to avoid the headache, it might be a good idea to level one of your bank characters to about 15 and use that one for chat ads and interactions.

Account unbanned again.
Perhaps try disabling all but essential addons for your bank character. Some addons will use chat channels to communicate with the same addon used by other players. This could be tripping the chatspam ban. So eliminating such addons from your bank char would help if that is the problem..
