why bank closed?

Hello dear GM. Today I discovered that my bank -Fqars was closed. I forwarded it on only potions and elixsir. saving up gold to buy epic mount at 60 LVL. does operations sale of gold not spent. you easy can check it. With HC Demonblyat.

So because there were no sales of gold, you have something mixed up. since the account was not translated even 1 pennies. How you can close your account for selling gold, when gold didn't sell. Please explain. maybe I do not understand something. Regards
